It isn't a build, and it isn't a sales call with homework attached. You don't leave with working systems. You leave with the map, the numbers behind it, and the order I'd build in.
Book the assessment and decide later: sign an implementation project within 90 days of your roadmap walkthrough and the full $1,000 comes off the project fee.

The four-phase Nexus Method engagement. I handle the build in your existing stack. Your team learns as we go, and team training is a named deliverable, not a courtesy. Before we close, your team can operate, troubleshoot, and adjust every system we built.

What this doesn't cover
New software licenses, if a build needs one. I name the monthly cost during scoping and you buy it in your own account, so you can cancel it without me. Replacing your CRM or field software: I build on what you already run. Cleaning up years of scattered data: we'll fix what the build needs and I'll name the rest as yours to handle.
What I need from you
One named person on your team who takes the keys at handoff. About two hours a week during the build. Standard access to the tools we're working in. And a straight answer when I ask what a broken workflow actually costs you.
What moves a fixed price
Nothing, unless you move it. The number is fixed against the scope in the one-page agreement. If you want something added mid-build, I price it and you decide before anything gets built. No invoice ever arrives with a line you didn't approve.

For businesses that want a systems architect on retainer after implementation: monitoring, optimization sprints, and new workflows as you grow. Three-month minimum so the systems have time to settle, then month to month. I don't sell this cold: it's only available after we've built together, because a retainer should extend a working system, not promise one.
